ServiceNow is hiring for an Experience Team (UX/UI) role focused on AI-driven content creation at scale. You will build automation pipelines, LLM-powered tooling, and integrations across knowledge platforms, connecting AI services to a unified content engine.

Ideal candidates have deep OO language experience, strong JavaScript, and a background in SaaS/enterprise tech, with autonomy to define scope and deliver end-to-end solutions.

Qualifications

• Experience integrating AI into workflows and decision-making.
• 6+ years in Java or OO languages.
• Strong JavaScript and web platform sense.
• Proficient with data structures, algorithms, and design patterns.
• Experience with UI frameworks (Angular/React/Vue).
• Analytical and design capabilities.
• Ability to manage team-level technical risk.
• Hands-on with LLM APIs and prompt engineering.
• Familiar with MCP server architecture or AI orchestration.
• Experience with content automation or knowledge graph.
• SaaS/enterprise tech background.
• Open source tooling experience.

Responsibilities

• Architect and build automation pipelines replacing high-volume content tasks.
• Design and develop LLM-powered tooling for agentic content creation workflows.
• Build and maintain integrations across content platforms and AI services.
• Develop MCP server configurations and agentic workflow tooling.
• Collaborate with Digital Technology, UX Design and UX Research to connect content systems to the ServiceNow platform.
• Contribute to engineering standards and architectural patterns for AI tooling.
