Job summary

ServiceNow in San Diego, CA is seeking a senior engineering leader to head the AI Experience Framework team. You will guide a group of full-stack engineers building modular, AI-first user interfaces and conversational experiences using Lit-based components.

Collaborate with product, platform, and UX teams; own the roadmap, set technical direction, mentor engineers, and tackle performance and multi-team architecture challenges. Requires 10+ years and strong JS/OO background, plus leadership.

Qualifications

• Experience integrating AI into work processes and decision-making.
• 10+ years in software engineering with JavaScript and OO languages.
• 5+ years leading core software engineering teams.
• Experience coaching engineers and guiding multiple teams.
• Expertise in modern UI frameworks and web platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead AIUX framework roadmap and coordinate product development.
• Collaborate with product, design, and platform teams on AI-first UX.
• Guide architecture decisions across request path and APIs.
• Mentor engineers, manage resources, and drive delivery.
• Represent AIUX framework in cross-org discussions.
