ServiceNow seeks an experienced engineer passionate about building enterprise-grade systems and applying AIML concepts. You will work on large-scale, server-side technologies for collaboration platforms with rich conversational experiences blended with AI, delivering scalable, high-performance solutions.

You will collaborate with experienced colleagues to evolve the tech stack, ensure quality through design-to-delivery processes, and mentor others while pushing boundaries of what is possible

Qualifications

• Experience planning and integrating AI into workflows, decision-making, or problem-solving.
• Strong background in ML/NLP and large language models for conversational AI.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Build scalable enterprise applications and tooling for developers to reuse.
• Write high-quality, clean, scalable code with unit tests and code reviews.
• Collaborate with product owners from design to delivery and iterate on requirements.
• Mentor colleagues and promote knowledge-sharing across teams.
