Qualifications

• 10+ years of frontend or fullstack engineering leading technical vision for complex platforms.
• Experience building enterprise apps with LLMs, agentic frameworks, or predictive ML models.
• Deep understanding of next-generation interaction patterns and generative interfaces.
• Mastery of TypeScript and modern frameworks (React/Angular).
• Ability to design for Human-in-the-loop, ensuring trust and safety.
• Proven ability to distill complex problems into intuitive workflows.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and evolution of a high-performance frontend architecture for massive data visualization.
• Define best practices for state management, testing, and component-driven development.
• Architect agentic workflows and ML-powered interfaces for proactive decision support.
• Translate algorithm outputs into streamlined, AI-assisted user experiences.
• Collaborate with AI Research and Power Systems teams to simplify complexity for users.
• Influence multi-year product roadmap and identify technical risks and opportunities.
• Mentor engineers and raise the bar for craftsmanship across the org.
