Job summary

ezCater, Inc is hiring a remote Staff Software Engineer, Restaurant Experience to lead the technical vision for partner-facing frontend systems and to empower restaurant partners with onboarding, menus, order fulfillment tooling, and analytics.

You will collaborate with Principal Engineers, Product Managers, and Designers to shape frontend architecture, design systems, and data-rich dashboards while championing AI-native frontend practices.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of professional development experience in frontend systems.
• 4+ years of production React experience.
• Experience evangelizing frontend architecture and design systems.
• Experience building data-rich dashboards and analytics interfaces.
• Mentoring engineers and collaborating with cross-functional partners.

Responsibilities

• Lead the technical vision for reimagining the partner experience from onboarding to order fulfillment tooling.
• Champion AI-native frontend development practices and AI-assisted workflows.
• Define frontend architectural standards and micro-frontend strategies.
• Collaborate with Principal Engineers, Product Managers, and Designers to evolve partner frontend systems.
• Establish architecture for in-product BI and reporting capabilities.
