Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in leading front-end engineering organizations.

• History of ownership of transactional customer journeys, including payment.

Responsibilities

• Own the front-end platform and architecture across Next.js, React, and TypeScript.
• Define CI/CD processes and performance budgets for front-end applications.
• Lead and develop three engineering teams, scaling the organization as it grows.
