Job summary
ezCater is the leading food tech platform for workplaces in the US, seeking a senior product designer to own the menu-to-checkout journey and drive multi-surface consistency. You will design end-to-end experiences, collaborate with Product and Analytics on experiments, and elevate our design system across user flows.
You will craft wireframes and prototypes, influence product direction, and travel up to 5 days per quarter for team events.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience as a product designer, UX designer, or similar role.
- Comfort designing systems that scale across complex journeys.
- Ability to identify opportunities, frame ambiguity, and influence direction.
- Proven storytelling and collaboration with technical and non-technical partners.
- Willingness to travel up to 5 days per quarter for events.
Responsibilities
- Own the menu-to-checkout journey end to end across surfaces.
- Partner with Product and Analytics on experiments and tests.
- Design for group ordering alongside single-order checkout for coherence.
- Develop wireframes, hi-fi mockups, and prototypes; contribute to design system.
- Facilitate cross-functional alignment with workshops and storytelling.
- Leverage AI tools to speed prototyping and research synthesis.
