Job summary

ezCater is seeking a Staff Software Engineer to drive the frontend vision for our Restaurant Partner Experience in Boston. You will own architectural direction for partner discovery, onboarding, and order management tooling used by thousands of restaurant operators daily.

You'll lead AI-native frontend practices, shape micro-frontend strategies, and collaborate with product, design, and other engineers to deliver a scalable, data-rich portal with actionable insights.

Qualifications

• 8+ years frontend development with React.
• 4+ years production React with micro-frontend patterns.
• Proven track record evangelizing frontend architecture and design systems.
• Experience building data-rich dashboards and BI tooling.
• Experience mentoring engineers and aligning with product/design.

Responsibilities

• Lead the technical vision for partner experience from onboarding to order fulfillment.
• Champion AI-native frontend development practices and AI-assisted tooling.
• Define frontend architecture standards across micro-frontends and monorepos.
• Collaborate with Principal Engineers, PMs, and Designers to evolve systems.
• Establish frontend architecture for in-product BI and reporting in the portal.
• Provide mentorship to teammates and foster a culture of learning.
