Job summary

Reltio is seeking Staff Forward Deployed Engineers to embed with strategic customers, delivering end-to-end solutions that transform the platform from a system of record to a system of intelligence.

You will design agentic workflows, ship production code, and drive ecosystem integrations with CRM/ERP systems. Travel 20–30% and work in a fast-paced enterprise setting with a laser focus on outcomes.

Qualifications

• 6+ years building and shipping production technology in customer-facing roles.
• Strong programming and system design skills in Python and/or TypeScript/Java.
• Experience deploying and operating LLM- or agentic systems (prompting, orchestration, evaluation, guardrails).
• Experience with telemetry/observability tooling, logging, and production monitoring.
• Familiarity with responsible AI practices, including guardrails and governance.
• Solid understanding of cloud infrastructure, CI/CD, containers, and distributed services.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery: discovery, scoping, design, rollout, and enablement for customers.
• Collaborate with customers and stakeholders to translate real-world problems into solutions.
• Define success metrics and measure adoption, performance, and business outcomes.
• Design and implement agentic workflows and integrate with core systems.
• Publish reusable templates, connectors, and accelerators for internal reuse.
