Job summary

Reltio, an SAP company, is seeking a Staff Forward Deployed Engineer to own end-to-end customer delivery, from discovery to production rollout, embedded with strategic customers. You will design agentic workflows, ensure observability, and drive adoption while shaping Reltio's product roadmap for enterprise data governance.

You will work across SaaS data fabrics, cloud infrastructure, and integrations with ERP/CRM systems, traveling 20–30% as needed to deliver outcomes for top customers.

Qualifications

• 6+ years delivering production-grade tech in customer-facing roles.
• Strong Python and/or TypeScript/Java with API/microservices experience.
• Experience deploying and operating LLM/agentic systems.
• Familiarity with observability, logging, and monitoring.
• Knowledge of data governance and enterprise data practices.
• Willingness to travel 20–30%.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end customer delivery, from discovery to rollout, with customer engineering teams.
• Design and implement agentic workflows leveraging the Agent Flow platform.
• Measure success with adoption, performance, and business KPIs; improve accordingly.
• Encode patterns into templates, connectors, and assets for internal reuse.
• Synthesize field feedback to influence product roadmap and platform strategy.
• Act as trusted advisor on data strategy, automation opportunities, and governance.
