Job summary

Intuit Enterprise Suite is seeking Forward Deployed Engineers who sit at the intersection of engineering, applied AI, and enterprise finance. You’ll embed with customers, shipping production automation and turning AI pilots into real ledger improvements.

You’ll work across pre‑sale, post‑sale, and expansion phases, partnering with Sales, Account Management, and Core Engineering. This field role requires deep technical fluency, strong communications, and travel up to 70% to customer sites.

Qualifications

• 5 to 10+ years in Forward Deployed Engineering, Solutions Engineering, Sales Engineering, or a similar customer‑embedded role.
• Strong experience with REST APIs, GraphQL, and SQL in enterprise contexts.
• Proven ability to translate complex customer needs into executable requirements and technical proofs.

Responsibilities

• Pre‑sale: build a working proof of value in or against the prospect's data and systems.
• Collaborate with Account Executives to run discovery and understand chart of accounts, systems, and gaps.
• Lead architecture reviews, security/compliance checks, and technical RFP responses for customers.
