Job summary

Humanoid in Massachusetts is seeking a Staff Field Application Engineer to lead deployment and integration of our humanoid robot solutions at customer facilities across North America. This role requires onsite client visits, data collection, PoC planning, and end-to-end solution delivery.

You will collaborate with engineering, product, and support teams, manage deployment projects, oversee testing and acceptance, and deliver live product demos at expos.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent technical qualification.
• Experience leading projects in robotic solutions, automation systems, or related technologies.
• Hands-on mechanical and electrical troubleshooting, assembly, and maintenance.
• Experience managing concept/pilot projects and deployment processes.
• Strong problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and travel as needed.
• Ability to build relationships with customers and senior stakeholders.
• Ability to lead and coach others.

Responsibilities

• Lead deployment and implementation of humanoid robot solutions at customer locations.
• Plan and supervise on-site PoC and Pilot projects.
• Integrate development activities into deployment projects and manage delivery risks.
• Supervise data collection and requirements assessment at customer facilities.
• Lead lab testing, acceptance testing strategies, and product demos.
• Represent the company at expos and industry events with live demos.
• Coordinate testing of different product releases for customer sites.
• Oversee solution integration and deployment efficiency improvements.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and support teams for optimizations.
• Support go-to-market activities with customer use-case analysis.
