Job summary

Humanoid is seeking a Field Application Engineer to support deployment and integration of our humanoid robot solutions at customer facilities across North America. The role requires on-site visits, data collection, lab simulations, and live demos, with a customer-centric approach and hands-on troubleshooting.

You will work with engineering, product, and support teams to optimize deployment strategies, build test environments, and lead PoC/pilot projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent technical qualification.
• Experience with robotic solutions, automation systems, or related technologies.
• Hands-on skills in mechanical and electrical troubleshooting, assembly, and maintenance.
• Experience managing robotics or automation concept/pilot projects and deployment processes.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to diagnose issues under pressure.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills for cross-team coordination.

Responsibilities

• Support the deployment and implementation of humanoid robot solutions at customer locations.
• Visit customer facilities to gather data and assess integration requirements.
• Build physical twins, test rigs and lab environments for reliability and testing.
• Conduct product demonstrations in lab for customers, investors, and internal stakeholders.
• Represent the company at expos and events with live demos.
• Test different product releases and ensure timely delivery to customer sites.
• Support on-site solution integration and seamless operation.
• Plan and supervise on-site PoC and pilot projects (short and long-term).
• Collect and analyze product data and feedback to improve deployment efficiency.
• Perform minor maintenance and troubleshooting with remote engineering support.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and support teams to optimize deployment.
