Job summary
Humanoid in Massachusetts is seeking a Product Deployment Engineer to support the deployment and integration of humanoid robot solutions at customer facilities across North America. The role involves on-site visits, data collection, lab simulations, and executing high-quality demos to showcase capabilities.
You will build test environments, coordinate PoCs, and collaborate with engineering and support teams to optimize deployment strategies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
- Hands-on robotics deployment and maintenance experience.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Support deployment and implementation of humanoid robot solutions at customer locations.
- Visit customer facilities to gather data and assess requirements for reliable integration.
- Build test rigs and lab environments for reliability and acceptance testing.
- Organise and conduct product demonstrations in the lab for customers and stakeholders.
- Represent Humanoid at expos and events delivering live demos.
- Plan and supervise on-site PoC and pilot projects with customers.
