Job summary

Humanoid is seeking a Staff Product Deployment Engineer to lead deployments of our humanoid robot solutions at customer sites across North America. You will manage PoC pilots, coordinate lab and field tests, and ensure successful integration with client teams.

You will collaborate with engineering, product, and support to optimize deployment strategies, deliver live demos, and travel up to 40% to customer facilities and Humanoid HQ as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent technical qualification.
• Experience leading robotic deployment or automation projects.
• Hands-on mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
• Experience managing concept and pilot deployments.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and coordinate with customers.

Responsibilities

• Lead deployment and implementation of humanoid robot solutions at customer locations.
• Plan and supervise PoC and Pilot projects, short and long-term.
• Integrate development activities into deployment projects with leaders.
• Supervise data collection visits and requirements assessment at facilities.
• Define lab test and site acceptance testing strategies.
• Lead product demonstrations in lab for customers, investors, and stakeholders.
• Represent the company at expos and industry events with live demos.
• Coordinate testing of different product releases for timely delivery.
• Oversee solution integration at customer facilities.
• Prioritize customer feedback and coordinate product performance improvements.
• Supervise maintenance tasks and remote troubleshooting.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and support to optimize deployment strategies.
• Support go-to-market activities with use-case analysis and solution development.
