Job summary

Haley & Aldrich is seeking a Staff Environmental Engineer or Geologist 2 to support field and office work across multiple locations in Holicong, PA; Cherry Hill, NJ; Princeton, NJ; and Parsippany, NJ. The role involves site characterization, environmental/geotechnical duties, and coordination with senior staff.

Responsibilities include field data collection, sampling, reporting, and ensuring health and safety compliance.

Qualifications

• B.S. degree in Environmental Engineering, Geology, or related discipline; M.S. welcomed.
• 0-5 years of professional services consulting experience including Phase I/II environmental assessments.
• Must comply with company health & safety protocols and the Code of Behavior.

Responsibilities

• Perform site reconnaissance and assess access for subsurface explorations.
• Monitor subsurface exploration activities and collect soil, groundwater, and related data.
• Conduct soil and groundwater sampling per ASTM standards and internal procedures.
• Prepare written reports, proposals, and Phase I/II ESAs.
• Ensure adherence to Site Specific Health and Safety Plans on project sites.
