Job summary

Northrop Grumman Mission Systems' Baltimore and Partnered Sites (BaPs) seeks a Staff Engineering Program Manager to join our team and lead engineering scope across IPTs, ensuring cost, schedule, and technical performance on major programs.

You will serve as the primary engineering interface to the Program Manager and partner functions, develop BOEs, manage CAM, and drive staffing and risk management across the program lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 12 years' experience in a technical field (additional 4 years may substitute).
• Master's degree with 10 years' experience.
• PhD with 8 years' experience.
• U.S. Citizenship required.
• Current/active U.S. Government Secret Clearance.
• Ability to obtain SAP.
• Experience leading multi-disciplinary teams.
• Experience in systems development, integration, and test across lifecycle.
• Strong written and verbal communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Accountable for cost, schedule, and execution of all engineering scope.
• Interface with Program Manager and functional teams.
• Provide engineering inputs to sector program reviews.
• Develop and defend BOEs.
• Oversee CAM for engineering.
• Support CEAC, schedule, and financial updates.
• Lead engineering P&L reviews.
• Facilitate staffing plans and workload forecasts.
• Coordinate risk and opportunity across IPTs.
