Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Science/Engineering with required experience.
• U.S. Citizenship is required.
• Ability to obtain/maintain an active U.S. Government Secret Clearance and SAP.
• Experience leading engineering teams in defense or aerospace.
• Knowledge of staffing, engineering metrics, training resources, processes, and tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide staffing to programs with systems engineering competencies.
• Forecast workload, hire and develop talent.
• Lead and manage 12–15 senior System Architects and provide technical/functional leadership.
• Conduct performance reviews and support proposal activities.
• Maintain relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Ensure training on SE tools and processes.
