Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree with 5 years of government contracts or project management experience, or Master’s with 3 years’ experience.
• Experience leading tasks on schedule, at cost, and meeting requirements as project lead, IPT lead, or CAM.
• Secret clearance required to be considered.

Responsibilities

• Lead all phases of program life cycle from proposal development to contract closeout.
• Manage cost, schedule, and technical performance of programs and sub-systems.
• Lead cross-functional IPTs to achieve program objectives.
• Develop and maintain program baselines and performance measurements.
• Engage with customers and management; present program status and risks.
