Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related discipline.
• 4+ years of process/manufacturing engineering experience with hands-on torque tools.
• Hands-on work on production processes and equipment focusing on torque tooling.
• Practical understanding of vision systems in manufacturing, including lighting effects on performance.
• Strong problem-solving, learning mindset, and ability to share knowledge with the team.

Responsibilities

• Support implementation and sustaining of torque tools in manufacturing operations.
• Measure and validate torque to meet process requirements.
• Troubleshoot torque tooling and related production issues.
• Investigate process deviations and identify root causes.
