What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Collaborate with Finance and Technology teams to design and maintain a Finance Data Warehouse/Lake
- Drive solutions for FP&A processing and analytics to meet business goals
- Engage in cross-functional collaboration throughout the software lifecycle
- Support the development of technology solutions for Revenue and Expense analytics
- Analyze business specifications and translate them into technical requirements

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 15+ years of experience with industry-leading ERP solutions (e.g., Oracle; Workday; SAP; PeopleSoft)
- 3+ years of experience in implementing and supporting FP&A applications
- Strong working knowledge of data processing and transformation using ETL/ELT tools
- Proficient in SQL with the ability to write, debug, and optimize queries
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business Administration, or equivalent experience

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with cloud data solutions like Delta Lake, Iceberg, or Snowflake
- Knowledge of Dimensional Data Modeling
- Familiarity with financial reporting tools such as Power BI or Tableau
- Strong understanding of FP&A budgeting, planning, and forecasting processes
- Experience in implementing or supporting analytical solutions
