What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Drive solutions to support Finance departments' current and future needs through deep functional and technical system expertise
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams throughout the software lifecycle to ensure efficient system design
- Develop and maintain a Finance Data Warehouse/Lake to provide a central repository for all financial transactions
- Analyze and translate business specifications into technical solutions while ensuring alignment with organizational goals
- Implement strong control and governance frameworks to support SOX and Audit reviews

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 20+ years of Finance Systems experience with industry-leading ERP solutions (e.g., PeopleSoft, Oracle, Workday, SAP)
- 5+ years of experience in implementing and supporting FP&A applications
- Strong working knowledge of SQL and experience with ETL/ELT tools such as Informatica and DBT
- Deep understanding of FP&A Budgeting, Planning, and Reforecasting processes
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business Administration, or equivalent education or work experience

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 5+ years working with or supporting a Finance Data Lake/Warehouse/Mart along with various Financial Reporting tools
- Experience in implementing or supporting Revenue or Expense analytical solutions via tools such as Power BI or Tableau
- Strong problem-solving abilities and ability to excel in a fast-paced environment
