What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Collaborate with Finance and Technology teams to build and maintain a Finance Data Warehouse/Lake
- Engage in cross-functional collaboration throughout the software development lifecycle
- Drive design sessions to ensure efficient system designs that meet business needs
- Analyze and translate business specifications into technical requirements for data solutions
- Support the implementation of governance frameworks for compliance and audit reviews

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 15+ years of experience with industry-leading ERP solutions (e.g., Oracle, Workday, SAP, PeopleSoft)
- 3+ years of experience implementing and supporting FP&A applications
- Strong knowledge of ETL/ELT tools and data transformation processes
- Proficiency in SQL, including writing, debugging, and optimizing queries
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business Administration, or equivalent experience

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience working with or supporting a Finance Data Lake/Warehouse
- Familiarity with Dimensional Data Modeling
- Knowledge of FP&A budgeting, planning, and forecasting processes
- Experience with analytical tools such as Power BI or Tableau
- Strong problem-solving abilities and project management knowledge
