What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Drive solutions to support Finance functions using strong functional and technical systems expertise
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams throughout the software lifecycle to ensure efficient system design
- Support the design and implementation of a Finance Data Warehouse/Lake to centralize financial transactions
- Analyze business specifications and translate them into technical requirements for system solutions
- Maintain a strong control and governance framework for SOX and Audit compliance

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 15+ years of experience with industry-leading ERP solutions (e.g., Oracle, Workday, SAP, PeopleSoft)
- 3+ years of experience in implementing and supporting FP&A applications
- Strong working knowledge of SQL and data processing using ETL/ELT tools such as Informatica and DBT
- Good understanding of Dimensional Data Modeling and financial reporting processes
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business Administration, or equivalent experience

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 3+ years of experience working with or supporting a Finance Data Lake/Warehouse
- Experience in implementing Revenue or Expense analytical solutions using tools like Power BI or Tableau
- Familiarity with project management techniques and methodologies
- Strong problem-solving abilities and experience in fast-paced environments
