What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Collaborate with Finance and Technology teams to design and implement a Finance Data Warehouse/Lake
- Support the development of technology solutions for FP&A Planning/Budgeting and financial reporting
- Analyze business specifications and translate them into technical specifications for data processing
- Engage in cross-functional collaboration throughout the software lifecycle to ensure system efficiency
- Maintain a strong control and governance framework for SOX and Audit reviews

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 15+ years of experience with industry-leading ERP solutions (e.g. Oracle, Workday, SAP, PeopleSoft)
- 3+ years of experience in implementing and supporting FP&A applications
- Strong knowledge of Data processing and transformation using ETL/ELT tools such as Informatica and DBT
- Proficiency in SQL with the ability to write, debug, and optimize queries and ETL jobs
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business Administration, or equivalent experience

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience working with cloud data solutions (e.g. Delta Lake, Snowflake, Redshift)
- Familiarity with Revenue or Expense analytical solutions via tools such as Power BI or Tableau
- Good understanding of Dimensional Data Modeling
- Experience in working directly with senior Finance leaders to interpret their needs into system solutions
