What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Collaborate with Finance and Technology teams to support the build-out of a Finance Data Warehouse/Lake
- Engage in cross-functional collaboration throughout the software lifecycle to ensure effective solutions
- Analyze and translate business specifications into technical specifications for finance data solutions
- Support the implementation of a strong governance framework for SOX and Audit reviews
- Drive the development of a roadmap for Revenue and Expense analytical solutions

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 15+ years of Finance Systems experience with industry-leading ERP solutions (e.g., Oracle, Workday, SAP, PeopleSoft)
- 3+ years of experience in implementing and supporting FP&A applications
- Strong working knowledge of SQL and experience with data processing using ETL/ELT tools
- Good understanding of Dimensional Data Modeling and finance reporting expectations
- Ability to communicate effectively with users across Technology and Finance

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 3+ years working with or supporting a Finance Data Lake/Warehouse/Mart
- Experience in implementing or supporting analytical solutions using tools like Power BI or Tableau
- Knowledge of project management techniques and methodologies
- Strong problem-solving abilities and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with the software development life cycle
