Job summary
ModMed is seeking a Staff Engineer for Enterprise AI Platforms & Infrastructure. You will own Claude Enterprise deployment, identity, policy, and secure integration across ModMed applications.
Early work concentrates on enterprise deployment and security, expanding to a broader AI platform linking AI assistants to data platforms and APIs. You will contribute to architecture, governance, and platform roadmaps, collaborating with security, privacy, and operations teams to ensure scalable,
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree required in CS, IS, AI or related field.
- 10+ years in platform/infrastructure or security engineering.
- Hands-on IAM/OIDC, API gateways, cloud (GCP/AWS).
- Experience with infrastructure-as-code and observability.
- Familiarity with HIPAA, SOC 2 security/compliance frameworks.
- Scripting/automation experience.
Responsibilities
- Owns engineering and operations of Claude Enterprise and Claude Code.
- Designs reusable infrastructure for enterprise AI platforms and agents.
- Builds enterprise MCP/AI connectivity and secure integration.
- Implements IAM, least-privilege access and policy enforcement.
- Establishes monitoring, incident response and runbooks.
- Defines architecture roadmap for enterprise AI platform.
