ModMed in Boca Raton, FL seeks a Staff Engineer to own Claude Enterprise and enterprise AI infrastructure, leading deployment, identity, security, and scalable platform operations.

You will build reusable infrastructure for authentication, secrets, networking, and policy enforcement, connecting AI agents to ModMed applications and data platforms.

Requires 10+ years in platform engineering, cloud experience (AWS/GCP), and HIPAA/security discipline to deliver governed services at scale.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a tech field or related discipline.
10+ years in platform/infrastructure or security engineering with hands-on delivery.
Experience with IAM, OAuth/OIDC, API gateways, and cloud platforms.
Familiarity with HIPAA and SOC 2 compliance.

Responsibilities

Owns enterprise Claude Enterprise and Claude Code deployment and operations.
Designs reusable infrastructure for authentication, secrets, networking and policy enforcement.
Builds platform observability, runbooks and deployment standards.
Lead migration to governed enterprise AI environment.
