CVS Health is seeking a Staff Engineer to lead architecture, development, and scaling of core applications. You will bridge backend data systems with AI capabilities and intuitive frontend experiences, mentoring teams and ensuring operational excellence across the stack.

You will drive dashboards, secure APIs, and data integrations while embedding AI features to automate workflows and generate insights. A hands‑on leader, you will shape technical strategy and partner with product leadership.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of professional software engineering experience with focus on full‑stack development.
• Experience architecting scalable web applications and data integration designs.
• Hands‑on experience embedding AI/ML features into products.

Responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end design and development of scalable web apps.
• Architect rich dashboards and responsive frontend experiences.
• Design secure APIs and integration layers with diverse data sources.
• Champion AI/ML integration and orchestration across products.
• Drive DevOps and cloud best practices, CI/CD, containers, and IaC.
• Mentor engineers and align technical roadmap with product goals.
