Job summary

You will bridge backend data systems, AI capabilities, and frontend experiences, designing interactive dashboards, resilient microservices, and deep integrations with external data sources and third‑party platforms.

You will guide technical strategy, mentor teams, and push DevOps and IaC practices while embedding AI features to automate workflows and derive insights for payer operations.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of professional software engineering experience with a strong focus on full‑stack development, system architecture, and scalable applications.
• Frontend mastery with modern JS/TS frameworks and data visualization libraries.
• Deep backend experience with scalable microservices and API design.
• Experience integrating AI models and AI orchestration frameworks into products.

Responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end design, architecture, and development of scalable web applications across front‑end and back‑end.
• Architect and implement rich dashboards and data visualizations surface insights effectively.
• Design secure, scalable APIs and integration layers with diverse data sources.
• Champion AI enablement by embedding AI/ML features and automating workflows.
• Drive DevOps best practices, CI/CD, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and IaC.
• Mentor engineers, set coding standards, and align technical roadmap with product leadership.
• Navigate ambiguity by asking clarifying questions and delivering iterative solutions.
