You will build resilient microservices, dashboards, and deep integrations while championing DevOps culture and guiding teams toward a unified technical roadmap.

You will mentor engineers, drive secure, scalable designs, and embed AI features to automate workflows and provide intelligent insights across payer operations.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of professional software engineering experience with full‑stack focus.
• Expertise in modern JS/TS frameworks and complex state management.
• Deep server‑side skills and scalable microservices design.
• Experience with relational and NoSQL databases and ORMs.
• Hands‑on AI model integration and AI orchestration familiarity.
• Public cloud knowledge (AWS/Azure/GCP) and CI/CD tooling mastery.
• Strong analytical and communication skills for technical leadership.

Responsabilités

• Lead end‑to‑end design and development of scalable web apps from frontend to backend.
• Architect dashboards and data visualization to surface complex insights.
• Design secure APIs and data integration layers with diverse systems.
• Champion AI/ML features to automate workflows and enhance products.
• Drive DevOps culture, CI/CD pipelines, and IaC for reliable releases.
• Mentor frontend, backend, and DevOps engineers and set coding standards.
• Navigate ambiguity, ask stakeholders questions, and shape technical roadmaps.
