Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Staff Engineer to lead architecture, development, and scaling of core applications. You will bridge backend data systems, AI capabilities, and frontend experiences while championing DevOps and embedding AI-driven features to automate workflows.

You will guide technical strategy, mentor teams, and ensure operational excellence across the stack, focusing on Payer Operations and metrics enrichment, lifecycle automation, and performance measurement.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of professional software engineering experience with a strong focus on full-stack development.
• Experience with modern JS/TS frameworks (React/Angular/Vue) and data visualization libraries.
• Deep expertise in server-side languages and scalable microservices.
• Experience with relational and NoSQL databases and data integration.
• Hands-on AI model integration and AI orchestration (LangChain) experience.
• Public cloud and DevOps tooling (AWS/Azure/GCP, CI/CD, Terraform).
• Excellent communication and ability to translate requirements into technical solutions.
