CVS Health is seeking a Staff Engineer to lead architecture, development, and scaling of core applications, bridging backend data systems, AI capabilities, and frontend experiences.

You will design dashboards, build microservices, and drive AI-enabled features while championing DevOps culture and operational excellence across the stack. This role focuses on payer operations, improving metadata, automating contracts, and measuring performance.

Qualifikationen

• 7+ years of professional software engineering with full-stack focus.
• Experience designing scalable microservices and APIs.
• Strong frontend proficiency with JS/TS frameworks and data viz.
• Experience with AI models and AI orchestration in products.
• Proficient in cloud platforms and IaC.

Aufgaben

• Lead end-to-end design and development of scalable web apps.
• Architect dashboards and data visualization interfaces.
• Build secure APIs and data integration layers.
• Embed AI features to automate workflows and synthesize data.
• Drive DevOps, CI/CD, containers, and IaC for reliability.
