CVS Health is seeking a Staff Engineer to lead architecture, development, and scaling of core applications. You will bridge backend data systems, AI capabilities, and frontend experiences, while championing DevOps and embedding AI-driven features to automate workflows.

As a hands-on tech leader, you will guide strategy, mentor teams, and focus on optimizing Payer Operations by enriching metadata, automating contracts, and measuring performance across the stack.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of professional software engineering with focus on full-stack development.
• Experience with modern JS frameworks and data visualization tools.
• Strong design of scalable microservices and data-driven APIs.
• Hands-on AI model integration and orchestration experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end design and development of scalable web apps.
• Architect dashboards and data visualizations surface insights.
• Build APIs and data integration layers across systems.
• Embed AI features to automate workflows and insights.
• Drive DevOps culture, CI/CD pipelines, and IaC.
