Job summary

Kforce Inc seeks a senior architect to own the end-to-end development of its Agentic AI platform, designing, implementing, and deploying high-performance GenAI capabilities that enable autonomous, multi-step task execution with minimal human oversight.

You will lead architectural direction across the organization, integrating LLMs, agent frameworks, and AI services while ensuring security, scalability, and resilience within an enterprise environment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years designing, developing, and deploying enterprise tech solutions.
• 7-10 years scaling enterprise software with GenAI/Agentic AI in production.
• Deep understanding of Generative AI techniques, transformer models, and LLM integration.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end development of an enterprise Agentic AI platform.
• Design, develop, test, and deploy high-performance GenAI capabilities for autonomous agents.
• Ensure platform scalability, availability, and support for mission-critical apps.
• Provide technical direction on GenAI projects across the organization.
• Develop solution architectures integrating LLMs, agent frameworks, and AI services.
