Job summary

FullStack is seeking a Principal Agentic Engineer to join our team in a high-impact, client-facing role. You will define the architecture for agentic workflows and lead technical directions for Fortune 500 clients transitioning to AI-augmented engineering productivity.

This role requires deep full-stack expertise, proven leadership, and a strong command of agentic tooling. You will collaborate with executive stakeholders and guide delivery across large-scale systems.

Qualifications

• 8–10+ years of professional software development experience.
• Deep understanding of full-stack architectures (Java, Python, C#, React, Node).
• Proven experience as a Solution Architect or Principal Engineer.
• Fluency with agentic tooling like Claude Code, Cursor, Codex, Copilot.
• Advanced English communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Define and defend architectural decisions for agentic workflows.
• Engage with CTOs and engineering leaders to align roadmaps.
• Lead multi-file system design and AI-enabled development processes.
• Ensure rigorous human-in-the-loop validation of AI-generated code.
