Job summary

Fuel Talent LLC seeks a Senior Software Engineer to join the Agentic Platform team. You will prototype and ship platform capabilities, focusing on multi-agent workflows, vector/graph systems, and AI-assisted SDLC patterns.

You will collaborate with the Lead Architect, contribute production code from day one, and ensure security, reliability, and maintainability while maturing platform ownership over time.

Qualifications

• 8+ years total software engineering experience.
• 5+ years building production cloud-native services on Azure in Python.
• Expert proficiency in Python and at least one additional language.
• Experience with APIs, containers, observability, CI/CD.
• Experience with DevSecOps and secure SDLC practices.
• Relational database design; vector/graph knowledge is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication for technical docs.

Responsibilities

• Platform Engineering: Build and evolve core platform services in Python, Kubernetes, and Azure.
• AI-Augmented Engineering: Use AI tools in the SDLC and validate outputs.
• Agentic Platform: Prototype multi-agent workflows and vector/graph systems.
• Collaboration, Quality, and Growth: Review code and surface risks early.
• Grow into expanded AI platform and technical leadership scope.
