FullStack is seeking a Principal Agentic Engineer to define multi-file architectures for AI-enabled workflows in Fortune 500 contexts. You will serve as a strategic consultant and technical lead, guiding regulated industries to adopt agentic productivity and scale across large systems.

You will engage with engineering leadership, defend architectural decisions, and drive ROI by improving developer velocity while ensuring rigorous human-in-the-loop validation throughout complex projects.

Qualifications

• 8-10+ years of professional software development experience with full-stack architectures (e.g., Java, Python, C#, React, Node, React Native).
• Advanced English is required.
• Four-year college degree required.
• Proven experience as a Solution Architect or Principal Engineer with roadmapping experience for agentic solutions.
