Luxury Presence seeks a Staff DevOps Engineer to build an AI-native, self-service infrastructure platform powering software delivery for real estate professionals. You will lead a small, high-leverage Infrastructure team to automate, secure, and accelerate change validation and deployment.

Qualifications

• Staff-level ownership in DevOps, Platform Engineering, or SRE.
• Active use of AI development tools in infrastructure workflows.
• Deep Kubernetes (EKS) and AWS experience (IAM, VPC, ECR, SSM/Secrets Manager, S3, SQS, Lambda, RDS/Aurora).
• Strong IaC and GitOps experience with PR-driven apply workflows (Atlantis or similar) and ArgoCD.
• Identity, access, and policy-as-code experience (workload identity, short-lived credentials, Vault, OIDC).
• Proven track record building self-service developer platforms.
• CI/CD depth with GitHub Actions, caching, parallelism, and observability.
• Cost-attribution, budgets, or rightsizing integrated into a platform.
• Excellent cross-team communication translating constraints into developer-friendly solutions.

Responsibilities

• Build and operate the self-service infrastructure platform with unified CI/CD and GitOps.
• Make guardrails the default; provision infrastructure without hand-writing Terraform/Kustomize.
• Generalize agent isolation patterns into platform primitives with sandboxed runtimes and audit trails.
• Own validation platform and quality gates with ephemeral PR environments and machine-readable results.
• Develop internal tooling, observability dashboards, and cost attribution metrics.
