Job summary

Luxury Presence is seeking a Staff or Senior Product Engineer to lead internal product development and own the internal tool ecosystem (Scout). You will partner with Customer Success, Sales, Onboarding, and Engineering to design high-leverage tools that multiply team effectiveness.

You will accelerate delivery by embedding AI into daily workflows, shipping production code with AI agents, and turning ambiguous business needs into reliable end-to-end software integrated with our data ecosystem.

Qualifications

• Senior or Staff level full-stack engineering experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Deep expertise with TypeScript, Node.js, and React.
• Experience building scalable backends (NestJS) and GraphQL APIs.
• Strong PostgreSQL fundamentals using ORMs (Sequelize) and testing with real databases.
• Comfortable in a modern DevOps setup with feature flags, tests, and observability.

Responsibilities

• Lead internal product development across Customer Success, Sales, Onboarding, and Engineering.
• Own the internal tool ecosystem (Scout) across the full stack and data integrations.
• Accelerate delivery by integrating AI into daily workflows and production code.
