Job summary

Luxury Presence seeks a Director of Launch Operations to design and run the activation experience for real estate clients at scale. You will own Launchpad, define the operating model, and align product, engineering, and GTM teams to deliver rapid, high-quality onboarding and activation.

You’ll lead a small team of senior operators, shape a data-driven set of metrics, and build AI-enabled workflows that reduce manual work while improving outcomes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in operations roles at a SaaS or technology company with team leadership.
• Direct experience running the operational layer behind onboarding, implementation, or delivery.
• Proven track record of improving performance through operational changes.
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to drive change with senior leaders.
• Experience at high-growth companies with ARR in the hundreds of millions.

Responsibilities

• Own the onboarding, launch, and activation operating model across the product set.
• Set higher standards for speed, consistency, and quality of activation and drive the organization.
• Design work processes to scale to 3x current volume and lead execution.
• Own Launchpad as a product: vision, roadmap, prioritization, and ships.
• Direct engineering and Salesforce resources to execute the roadmap.
• Make Launchpad the system of record for activation with clean data flows to Salesforce.
• Build AI-enabled workflows and ensure data-driven decision making across operations.
• Define activation performance metrics and provide leadership with a reconciled view of status.
