Job summary

Luxury Presence is seeking a Staff or Senior Product Engineer to scale internal tools and AI-enabled workflows. You will build and extend the internal tooling ecosystem, integrating React frontends with NestJS backends and data pipelines to support Customer Success, Sales, Onboarding, and Engineering.

You will leverage AI-native workflows to ship high-quality code rapidly, acting as both product manager and lead engineer for internal tools and driving impactful improvements across the platform.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience as a Senior or Staff-level full-stack engineer.
• Deep expertise in TypeScript, Node.js, and React.
• Experience building scalable backend services (NestJS preferred) and designing robust GraphQL APIs.
• Strong database fundamentals using ORMs (Sequelize) over PostgreSQL.

Responsibilities

• Lead internal product development with cross-team collaboration to design high-leverage tools.
• Own the internal tool ecosystem (Scout) across the full stack, weaving frontend, backend, and data integrations.
• Accelerate delivery through AI by using agents to write, review, and ship production code.
• Turn ambiguity into impact by serving as product manager and lead engineer for internal tools end-to-end.
