Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience developing and scaling web-based applications in a SaaS environment.
• Experience leading architectural discussions, defining system design, and guiding technical decision-making.
• Proactively adopted AI tooling into daily workflow to maintain high standards.
• Commitment to clean architecture, maintainability, and refactoring.
• Ability to mentor engineers in a high-scale environment.

Responsibilities

• Drive the technical vision and strategy across the Resident Concierge subsegment, influencing product roadmap.
• Lead design and implementation of complex, distributed systems to support growth.
