Qualifications

• Hands-on with data systems including SQL databases, data pipelines, and data warehouses.
• Backend engineering ownership of scalable production SaaS systems.
• Solid understanding of distributed systems and cloud infrastructure.
• Experience with Node.js and/or Python; willingness to learn other languages.

Responsibilities

• Design and build backend services for LearnLux’s enterprise SaaS platform.
• Work with data systems to support product and operational needs.
• Run parallel AI-assisted coding sessions and ship across multiple threads.
• Develop and maintain cloud infrastructure for reliability and performance (GCP preferred).
• Apply engineering fundamentals to ensure secure, reliable, compliant, scalable systems.
• Collaborate with product/design/data teams to translate requirements into solutions.
• Drive engineering efficiency through automation and AI-driven tooling.
• Support global performance, reliability, and operational excellence.
• Contribute to documentation and knowledge sharing.
