Job summary

NinjaOne is hiring a Staff DevOps Engineer to own the journey from commit to production. You will design and improve release pipelines, lead Terraform/IaC architecture, and implement policy‑as‑code for safe deployments across AWS and emerging clouds.

You will mentor teams, drive cross‑cloud infrastructure, and ensure scalable, secure, and resilient delivery processes in a hybrid remote US setting.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in cloud DevOps with emphasis on release engineering and IaC.
• Multi‑cloud production experience (AWS plus Azure/GCP).
• Hands‑on Terraform with remote state and modular design.
• Strong knowledge of CI/CD tooling and deployment strategies.
• Experience with Kubernetes and cloud-native infra tooling.

Responsibilities

• Own CD/Release pipelines from artifact promotion to production.
• Architect and drive Terraform/IaC standards across teams.
• Governance with policy-as-code and security/cost guardrails.
• Migrate org‑wide infra to new Terraform architecture.
• Mentor engineers on IaC, deployment safety, and best practices.
