Job summary

NinjaOne invites seasoned DevOps leaders to own the end-to-end release process, crafting scalable Terraform-based infrastructure and multi-cloud architecture. You will drive policy-driven governance, mentor teams, and partner with Development, QA, Security, and IT to keep deployments fast, secure, and reliable.

The role emphasizes hands-on Terraform, modular architectures, and strong collaboration across regions while shaping cloud standards for AWS and future Azure/GCP expansion.

Qualifications

• 10+ years cloud DevOps experience with emphasis on release engineering and IaC.
• Multi-cloud production experience in AWS plus hands-on Azure/GCP.
• 4+ years hands-on Terraform with modules, remote state, workspaces, and safe plan/apply.

Responsibilities

• Own the CD/Release Pipeline from artifact promotion to production with automated health checks and rollback.
• Lead Terraform/IaC strategy including modular design and multi-cloud backends backends.
• Governance via policy-as-code and automated compliance scanning in the Terraform pipeline.
• Drive org-wide IaC adoption with templates, training, and documentation.
• Monitor deployment pipelines, incident response, and provide on-call support as needed.
• Mentor engineers on release engineering and IaC best practices.
