Job summary

NinjaOne is seeking a Staff DevOps Engineer to own the release pipelines and CI/CD across the organization, architecting modular infrastructure with Terraform and multi-cloud readiness. You will mentor engineers and partner with Development, QA, Security, and IT to keep our release process fast, secure, and resilient.

This is a high-ownership role focused on turning builds into production deployments backed by scalable IaC, shaping strategy as we expand into new regions and cloud providers.

Qualifications

• 10+ years cloud DevOps experience in production.
• Production multi-cloud experience (AWS primary, Azure/GCP).
• 4+ years Terraform in production with modules and remote state.

Responsibilities

• Own the CD/Release Pipeline across services and regions with automated health checks and rollback.
• Lead Terraform/IaC strategy, module design, and backends for scale.
• Enforce governance with policy-as-code and cost/security scans.
• Drive org-wide adoption and training for IaC standards.
• Collaborate with Engineering, QA, Security, and IT to keep releases fast and secure.
