• Provide educational training and resources to staff members on infection control principles, proper hand hygiene practices, and other related topics
• Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement in infection control practices and develop corrective action plans as needed
• Collaborate with the Infection Prevention and Control Committee to develop and implement evidence‑based infection control policies and procedures
• Identify and address gaps in staff knowledge and skills related to infection control, and develop targeted training programs to improve competencies
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and performance improvement projects to enhance patient safety and outcomes

Requirements
