Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as an LPN/RN nurse.
• Strong infection control knowledge and regulatory understanding.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to educate staff and work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills to identify gaps in infection control practices.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement infection control practices across departments, ensuring regulatory compliance and industry standards.
• Provide educational training and resources to staff on infection control principles and hand hygiene.
• Conduct regular audits and assessments and develop corrective action plans.
• Collaborate with the Infection Prevention and Control Committee to develop evidence-based policies and procedures.
• Identify gaps in staff knowledge and skills and develop targeted training programs.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient safety and outcomes.
