You will lead education for staff on hand hygiene and infection control principles, and help integrate best practices across departments.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years as an LPN/RN, strong regulatory knowledge, and collaborative, data-driven approach to quality improvement.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience as an LPN/RN nurse.
• Strong knowledge of infection control principles and regulatory standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for staff education.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement infection control practices across all departments.
• Provide educational training and resources to staff on infection control, hand hygiene, and related topics.
